Government domestic loan bonds in circulation up 1.9 times in 2010

Government domestic loan bonds in circulation from December 28, 2009 to December 31, 2010 grew by 1.9 times, or UAH 65.134 billion, to UAH 136.187 billion.

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) reported that NBU-owned bonds grew by 21.819 billion, to UAH 64.23 billion; banks-owned bonds widened by UAH 34.576 billion, to UAH 53.796 billion; bonds of nonresidents were up by UAH 10.761 billion, to UAH 11.26 billion; while bonds of residents non-banks reduced by UAH 2.022 billion, to UAH 6.9 billion.
