Co-owner of Dnipropetrovsk-based PrivatBank and big Ukrainian businessman Ihor Kolomoysky in mid-January increased his stake in British oil and gas producer JKX Oil&Gas with assets in Ukraine, to 15.0112% from 14.0097%.
As the British company announced in a statement on the London Stock Exchange on Tuesday, following a deal struck on January 13, 2009, Kolomoisky’s stockholding grew by 1,567,430 to 23,493,877 stocks.
Yet, Ralkon Commercial Ltd., whose 100% stockholding belongs to Andri Kyriacou on trust for Kolomoisky remains JKX's formal stockholder.
