Kyiv-based ASKA insurance company registered a 35% rise in the average payment of claims under KASKO voluntary car insurance agreements.
According to a company press release, the payment reaches UAH 1,290, while year-over-year the indicator was UAH 9,300.
This is linked to the increase of the prices of cars and the prices of spare parts and repairs, the press service said.
A similar trend is seen under the OSAGO agreements (obligatory insurance of vehicle owner civil liability to third parties): the average payment grew by 15%, to UAH 8,000 per claim.
ASKA is a full-service insurance company, which offers 18 voluntary and 19 obligatory kinds of insurance. Its regional chain is represented all over Ukraine. The company also has a representative office in Moscow.
