Diplomats discuss tourism, infrastructure in Odesa region with Odesa governor

Foreign Ministers of Ukraine and Lithuania Pavlo Klimkin and Linas Linkevicius and Swedish Ambassador to Ukraine Martin Hagström met on Wednesday with Head of Odesa Regional Administration Maksym Stepanov.

"We did not discuss concrete projects. We spoke about the general situation, existing challenges and development of the region," Linkevicius said at a briefing on Wednesday.

Stepanov told Interfax-Ukraine that at the meeting its participants discussed the prospects of development of infrastructure in Odesa region, opportunities for attracting tourists to Odesa region, provision of their security and some other issues.

Klimkin said that during the next meeting of the Lithuanian diplomat to Odesa region they would visit south of the region.
