The Ukrainian pension reform plan will be presented in the Verkhovna Rada in April, Ukrainian Finance Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk said at the annual conference organized by Dragon Capital Investment Company on Thursday.
"The pension reform will be submitted to the parliament in April. We hope it will be adopted by the end of April, or later in May. But our plan is by the end of April," he said.
The minister said that the new pension system should be stable and guarantee sustainable pensions.
"Now we are working very closely with the minister of social affairs, with the World Bank and other experts," Danyliuk said.
