New regional An-148 jet carries over 38,000 passengers over one year of exploitation on Ukrainian market

The new regional An-148 jet, operating under the flag of Kyiv-based CJSC AeroSvit Airlines, carried 38,250 passengers in its first year of commercial operations, performing 968 commercial flights, according to the advisor to the co-chairman of the supervisory board of the company, Yevhen Treskunov.

He said that the jet flew on domestic routes and on international routes to Moscow, Tbilisi, Riga, Belgrade, Warsaw, Budapest, Sofia, Stockholm, Athens and Geneva.

Over 60% of seats were occupied on flights carried out by the new jet.
