Yanukovych's reform plan includes setting of economically justifiable utility service tariffs by 2013

The strategy of economic reforms of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych for 2010-2014 envisages setting economically justifiable utility service tariffs in the country by late 2012.

This is stipulated in the draft program entitled "Strategy of economic reforms in Ukraine for 2010-2014," which has been posted on the official Web site of the Ukrainian president.

According to the document, reform of the utility service economy in Ukraine is to be conducted in three stages.
