JSC Turboatom, the only producer of turbine equipment for hydroelectric, thermal and nuclear power plants in Ukraine, in April plans to complete supplies of equipment for upgrade of a 220 MW turbine of reactor four of the Paks NPP in Hungary.
The company's press service reported on Thursday that the Ukrainian company will re-equip a low-pressure rotor with blades as a part of a contract signed in 2009.
According to the contract, eight sets of blades of 1,030 millimeters long will be supplied. Turboatom is to monitor the assembling of the equipment and launch it.
