Comfort-Invest considering reorientation of Alliance business center project to hotel in Lviv for Euro 2012

Comfort-Invest Investment Company Ltd., part of the Lviv-based Comfort-Invest Group, could amend a project to build the Alliance business center at 26, Lypynskoho Street in Lviv, changing it to project for a 150-200-room hotel that would host guests of the Euro 2012 European football championship.

"[Construction of the Alliance project] is frozen. Currently we're in talks with several partners and various options for its realization are being considered, and one of them is the building of a hotel. If we realize [the project], it will be for Euro 2012. So we'll agree with partners in the next few months and will start realizing it, or the interest in it will disappear," Comfort-Invest investment director, Taras Kuliy, told Interfax-Ukraine.

He said that a 150-200-room hotel could be built instead of the business center.
