Shareholders in OJSC Lvivoblenergo, Prykarpattiaoblenergo, Chernihivoblenergo, Poltavaoblenergo and Sumyoblenergo have reached an agreement to exchange shares in their companies, which will allow their owners to control the companies personally, businessman Ihor Surkis has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"An agreement was reached that we'll receive Lvivoblenergo and Prykarpattiaoblenergo, while Ihor Kolomoisky and his partner Konstantin Grigorishin will control the other three regional electricity supply companies after the share exchange," he said.
Surkis also said that his stake in Zaporizhiaoblenergo would grow to 26%.
