PJSC Zahorodniy Kyivmiskbud-1 Trust (Kyiv) in 2009 saw its net profit rise by 2.4 times from 2008, to UAH 13.813 million, the company has reported.
The company's net sales income last year fell by 66%, to UAH 83.064 million.
Taking into account data reported earlier, the company's net profit in the fourth quarter of 2009 rose by 2.1 times in 2008, to UAH 110.759 million, while its net sales income fell by 67%, to UAH 15.461 million.
PJSC Zahorodniy Kyivmiskbud-1 Trust, created on September 1, 1994, is an associated member of the Kyivmiskbud holding company and works in housing construction in Kyiv.
The trust is the customer, the general contractor and the major investor in a project for the construction of the Vozdvyzhenka microdistrict worth about $100 million in Kyiv.
As of July 15, 2009 the company's major shareholders were Suchasni Proektni Tekhnolohii (Modern Designing Technologies) Ltd. with a 49.57% stake, and Sota-budinvest Ltd. (both based in Kyiv, 42.71%).
The statutory capital of the company is UAH 150 million.
