Justice Ministry of Ukraine is hindering the reshuffling of managers of public joint-stock company Ukrtransnafta, Naftogaz Ukrainy executive director Andriy Pasishnyk has said.
"The new head of Ukrtransnafta Roman Sydorak has not had powers for two weeks, and divisions of the Justice Ministry 'help' him in this. They three times refused to enter information on the new head to the register. The position of the Justice Ministry has resulted to the fact that two deposits of the company at PrivatBank were automatically extended, and the new head does not have the right to pay even one hryvnia without managers of the old team," he wrote on his Facebook page.
He said that personally Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko has information on Ukrtransnafta, although this has not yet helped to settle the issue.
"The complaint against actions of state registrars was sent to minister Petrenko, although no reaction was seen. You can guess in whose interests the Justice Ministry works," Pasishnyk said.
As reported, the supervisory board of Ukrtransnafta on April 22 appointed third acting board chairman this year. The previous managers failed to start fulfilling their duties.
Ukrtransnafta operates Ukraine's oil transport system. It is wholly owned by Naftogaz Ukrainy.
