Public joint-stock company Kyivmiskbud-1 Zahorodniy Trust (Kyiv) saw an 89.6% fall in net loss in 2014, to UAH 1.65 million, according to a company report on the holding of a general meeting of its shareholders scheduled for April 16.
The company said that its assets fell by 7.8%, to UAH 1.867 billion.
Total bills receivable was down by 15.9%, to UAH 557.23 million.
Undistributed profit dropped by 8.9%, to UAH 16.85 million. Short-term liabilities decreased by 12.3%, to UAH 961.14 million and long-term liabilities fell by 1.5%, to UAH 169.1 million.
The number of employees fell from 193 people in 2013 to 61.
Kyivmiskbud-1 Zahorodniy Trust was founded on September 1, 1994. The trust is an associate member of Kyivmiskbud and constructs housing and social facilities in Kyiv.
The trust is the developer and co-investor in the construction of the Vozdvyzhenka microdistrict worth $100 million, including Vozdvyzhenska, Kozhemiatska, Dehtiarna and Honcharna Streets in the Honchary-Kozhemiaky tract in Kyiv.
