PJSC Farmacia pharmacy chain (Odesa) in 2014 saw a net loss of UAH 21.723 million, while in 2013 the company recorded a profit of UAH 849,000.
According to a company report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market, shareholders will consider the results of its work, and issues related to terminating the power of the supervisory council and the revision commission members at an annual general meeting scheduled for April 9.
PJSC Farmacia pharmacy chain was created through the reorganization of JSC Farmacia. The network includes 36 drugstores in Odesa.
As reported, in 2013 the company saw a net profit of UAH 849,000, while a year earlier its net loss amounted to UAH 5.622 million.
