The only shareholder in Kreditprombank (Kyiv) Mykola Lahun has left the bank, the bank has reported in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market.
According to the report, the bank received the information from National Depository of Ukraine on February 23.
As reported, Lahun finalized a deal on the purchase of Kreditprombank in March 2013.
Previously, the owners of the bank were Kalouma Holdings Limitel (47.783%), Fintest Holding Limited (28.717%) and Homertron Trading Limited (23.5%).
Kreditprombank was founded in 1997.
The bank ranked 85th among 158 operating banks as of January 1, 2015, in terms of total assets worth UAH 1.298 billion, according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
