PJSC Kyivcement (Kyiv), part of the German group Dyckerhoff AG, in 2014 saw net loss fall by 7.2 times compared to 2013, to UAH 190,000.
According to a company report, its assets in the past year decreased by 28.9% and amounted to UAH 10.41 million.
Total debtor indebtedness halved to UAH 1.97 million.
Uncovered loss in the past year was UAH 120,000 against UAH 65,000 of retained earnings a year earlier. Current liabilities decreased by 33.8%, to UAH 8.9 million, while the company had no long-term commitments as of the end of 2014.
Kyivcement in 2014 reduced its staff to 40 people from 55 people a year earlier.
Kyivcement was created in 1994 through the privatization of state-owned enterprise Kyivengcement. It sells and bags products made by PJSC Volyn-Cement (Zdolbuniv, Rivne region).
The main shareholders of the firm in the fourth quarter of 2014, according to the securities commission, were Dyckerhoff Transport Ukraine LLC (79.7259%) and company with foreign investment Dyckerhoff (Ukraine) LLC (14.6262%, both based in Kyiv).
