DPR hopes to establish "silence regime" on Tuesday

The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR is hoping to establish "a silence regime" on Tuesday, December 9.

"We are hoping that we can establish the Day of Silence despite the shooting that is continuing now," Denis Pushilin, deputy chairman of the DPR People's Council, told reporters.

Pushilin said the establishment of the ceasefire is not connected to the Minsk negotiations in any way.
