The government passed a decision to allocate UAH 99.267 million from a reserve fund of the state budget to pay non-permanent aid worth UAH 609,000 to family of each soldier killed during execution of military service duties.
Under the Article 16 of the Ukrainian law "On social and legal assistance to servicemen and their families" the military men have right to get guaranteed state aid worth UAH 609,000 in the case of death, said a government's press service on Friday.
The government's draft decree has been prepared by the Economic Development and Trade Ministry of Ukraine and agreed with other relative ministries and services.
