Prices for housing estate in Kyiv region could restart growing from spring 2010, and the growth could be at a level of inflation plus 2-3%, Serhiy Yeliseyev, the director general of Europe development company, forecasts.
Europe development company is realizing a project of the construction of the Olympic-Park housing estate in Kyiv region.
"If to talk about prices, we think that the prices could start growing from spring 2010. The growth will not be plentiful. It will be a normal steady growth of prices at a level of inflation plus 2-3%," he told journalists.
Europe development company was created in 2007. Its founder is Mykola Lahun.
Europe company is building 1,030 houses on a territory of 290 hectares 19 kilometers far from Kyiv on the Zhytomyr road, with an area of from 150 to 350 square meters each, and with a territory of 1,500 to 3,500 square meters around each house.
The completion of construction of the whole complex is scheduled for 2013.
The investment into the construction will be about $270 million.
