The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) could invest EUR 10 million in the capital of CJSC Centravis Production Ukraine, part of Centravis Ltd., and organize a EUR 48 million syndicated loan.
A bank report issued on Thursday says that its board of directors plans to consider the project at its meeting scheduled for September 22, 2009.
The document says that the financing targets the restructuring of the company's balance sheet and the increase in its financial stability during crisis.
It is expected that EUR 33 million of the loan would be syndicated with Erste Bank and HVB-Unicredit Group.
The total value of the project is EUR 76 million, reads the document.
