Eleven companies has shown their interest in the privatization of Odesa Port-Side Plant, acting head of Ukraine's State Property Fund (SPF), Dmytro Parfenenko, has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"SPF has signed agreements on confidentiality with eleven structures, which are visiting the plant to decide on the further participation in its privatization," he said.
Parfenenko said that the fund today has not received any bid for the participation in a tender to sell a state stake in Odesa Port-Side Plant.
"This is a peculiarity of the Ukrainian privatization – all bids are submitted at the last day of their submission," he said, adding that the term for the submission of bids expires on September 21.
"SFP continues widely inform potential buyers of the plant," he said.
