The Ukrainian representative office of Colliers International consulting company has received an evaluator certificate, according to a company press release.
"Today, many companies pay attention to optimization of its property structure, which often requires evaluation of various types of property. After the certification, our company can provide a full range of evaluation services," reads the release, citing the managing director of the Ukrainian subdivision, Yuriy Nartov.
The certificate issued by Ukraine's State Property Fund gives the right to evaluate real estate complexes, shares in statutory capitals of economic entities, equipment, vehicles and other things to the company.
