Shareholders in Lentex, a large Polish PVC flooring producer, at their next meeting could consider the issue of selling the company to the owner of the Epicenter K Company (Kyiv, the company developing the Epicenter construction hypermarket chain), Oleksandr Herehe, or a firm under his control, the Polish electronic publication Parkiet Online has reported, referring to the owner of a 18.6% stake in Lentex, Krzysztof Moska.
According to the Parkiet Online report, Moska told the press that the Polish company would seek a large investor. He said that the Ukrainian businessman has twice visited the company and knows well its capacities and products.
According to the report, Hereha, who earlier owned a 4.99% stake in Lentex, recently increased his share to over 5%.
