Bila Tserkva town council (Kyiv region) has announced a tender to select an investor to build an international aviation shipment center and a fleet on the basis of the Bila Tserkva cargo aviation complex municipal company.
According to the announcement of the town council in the mass media, bidders can submit their proposals until 0930 on July 9, 2009. The bid envelopes are be opened at 1000 on July 9.
Bila Tserkva cargo aviation complex municipal company services and upgrades An-72 and An-12 aircraft, K-32 helicopters and provides services for leasing of offices and industrial premises.
