Nova Poshta, a leader in express delivery in Ukraine and part of the Nova Group, increased its consolidated net profit in the first half of 2026 by 24.3% year-on-year to UAH 2.2 billion, while revenue increased by 31.8% to UAH 39.1 billion. According to the company’s consolidated financial report, its gross profit increased by 19.9% year-on-year to UAH 8.5 billion, while operating profit increased by 29.5% to UAH 4.6 billion.
Consolidated revenue in the second quarter of this year increased by 35.5% year-on-year to UAH 20.9 billion, while consolidated net profit increased by 8.5% to UAH 1 billion.
Consolidated gross profit in the second quarter increased by 15.7% year-on-year to UAH 4.5 billion, while operating profit increased by 18.5% to UAH 2.6 billion.
As of the end of June 30, 2026, Nova Poshta had UAH 14.2 billion in equity capital and UAH 40.4 billion in total assets, which is lower than the figures as of December 31, 2025 (UAH 16.8 billion and UAH 44.2 billion, respectively).
Free cash and cash equivalents also decreased to UAH 10.8 billion from UAH 12.3 billion. The company paid UAH 4.4 billion in dividends over the first half of the year, compared to UAH 726 million in January-June 2025.
The consolidated report notes that expenses on the acquisition of fixed assets and intangible assets in the first half of this year amounted to UAH 1.3 billion, compared to UAH 1.9 million a year earlier.
As reported in its interim financial statements, Nova Poshta increased its net profit by 2.3 times in the first half of 2026 compared to the same period last year, reaching UAH 2.7 billion, while revenue increased by 31.7% to UAH 32.5 billion.
It was previously noted that in the first six months of 2026, the company increased the volume of processed shipments by 11.5% compared to the same period last year: the volume of delivered parcels and cargo reached 254.4 million, including 17.9 million international ones.
As of July 13, 2026, Nova Poshta’s network comprises 54,700 service points: 16,800 branches and 37,900 parcel terminals throughout Ukraine.
In 2025, Nova Poshta increased its revenue by 21.6% compared to 2024, reaching UAH 54.2 billion, while its net profit grew by 4.4% to UAH 2.6 billion. The number of parcels and cargo delivered increased by 7.4%, from 486 million to 522 million, including international deliveries, which increased by 52.6%, from 19 million to 29 million.
