Cabinet registers additional issue of eurobonds worth $600 m

The Ukrainian government has increased the volume of its issue of five-year 2017 eurobonds, from $2 billion to $2.6 billion, according to a cabinet resolution.

The government approved the amendments in cabinet resolution No. 875 of September 17, 2012, which was published on September 21, 2012.

As reported, the Finance Ministry of Ukraine earlier placed five-year eurobonds worth $600 million at 107.125% of their face value, at 7.46% per annum, while the initial placement in the middle of July 2012 was carried out at the face value of the bonds, and at 9.25% per annum.

JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, VTB Capital and Sberbank of Russia/Troika Dialog organized the two deals.
