Govt extends tariff of UAH 4.32 per kWH for population until late October – PM

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has extended the electricity tariff for household consumers until October 31, 2026, at the level of 4.32 UAH/kWh, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced.

"This means that electricity prices for the population will remain unchanged," Svyrydenko wrote on her Telegram channel on Wednesday.

She also announced support for households for which electricity is the primary source of heat—houses and apartments with electric heating, as well as apartment buildings not connected to gas or centralized or autonomous heating systems.

"From October 1 to April 30, a preferential tariff of UAH 2.64 per kWh will apply for consumption of up to 2,000 kWh per month, and UAH 4.32 per kWh for consumption above this amount. This reduces the financial burden on families," Svyrydenko noted.
