More than 25,000 preferential mortgages issued under eOselia program

Under the state-run affordable mortgage program eOselia, 25,005 loans have been issued, with a total monetary value of UAH 43.58 billion, the press service of PJSC Ukrfinzhytlo reported to Interfax-Ukraine.

"eOselia functions both as a social support tool and as a driver of development in construction and related industries within the framework of the Made in Ukraine policy. Every hryvnia invested returns almost three hryvnias to the economy. We continue to work on new financial models to scale the program and expand its reach to more Ukrainians," the press service quoted Vitaliy Petruk, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine, as saying.
