Ukrnafta ranks among top five in Ukraine's national corporate reputation management rating
PJSC Ukrnafta has been named one of the top five companies in the National Rating of Corporate Reputation Management Quality, Reputation ACTIVists‑2026, in the categories "Oil, Gas and Coal Extraction and Processing" and "Petroleum Retail."
"For the company, this is about an external assessment of the approaches being implemented in management, from risk management to the development of services and partnerships," the company wrote on its Facebook page on Tuesday.
According to Ukrnafta, the study, based on evaluations by an independent jury, saw analysts, journalists, and representatives of the professional community review nearly 700 companies across various industries.
"Among the criteria were systematic reputation management, social responsibility, quality of communications, and innovative approaches," the company noted.
JSC Ukrnafta is Ukraine's largest oil producing company and the operator of the nation's largest network of filling stations, UKRNAFTA.
In 2024, the company assumed management of Glusco's assets. In 2025, it completed a deal with Shell Overseas Investments BV to acquire the Shell network in Ukraine. The company operates nearly 700 filling stations.
The company is implementing a comprehensive program to restore operations and update the format of its network of gas stations. Since February 2023, it has been issuing its own fuel coupons and cards, NAFTAKarta, which it sells to businesses and individuals through Ukrnafta-Postach LLC.
Ukrnafta's largest shareholder is Naftogaz Ukrainy, with a 50% stake plus one share. In November 2022, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine decided to transfer to the state the company's shareholding, which was previously privately owned and is currently managed by the Ministry of Defense.
