Svyrydenko coordinates efforts to ensure stable operation of energy system during Easter with Ukrenergo
The Ukrainian government is doing everything possible to ensure electricity supply is maintained in the coming days – without disruptions or outages, the Department of Information and Public Communications of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reported on Saturday.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko held a coordination meeting with the management of Ukrenergo and other stakeholders regarding the current situation in the energy system. "We coordinated joint actions to maintain the stable operation of the energy system, in particular by increasing electricity imports… It is important that Ukrainian families have electricity during Easter," the head of government emphasized.
It is reported that Ukraine’s energy system is currently stably operating.
