Land Bank revenues exceed UAH 1.34 bln - State Property Fund
Farmers paid over UAH 557 million for the second year of using state-owned agricultural land under the Land Bank project in 2026, the State Property Fund (SPF) reported.
According to the report, from January to March 2026, the project put 10,300 hectares of land up for auction in 14 regions. Following the auctions, 1,400 hectares have already been transferred for use. The average sublease price was UAH 12,400 per hectare, and the total annual rent paid reached UAH 17.4 million, including VAT.

Project specialists also conducted on-site land use monitoring on 94 sites covering over 5,000 hectares. At the same time, the State Property Fund updated the interactive map of the sites, adapting it for mobile devices.
The total annual sublease fees paid by farmers to the budget since the project's launch exceeded UAH 1.34 billion. During this time, 69,640 hectares of state-owned agricultural land were transferred for transparent use.
