Prices for construction and installation work in Ukraine increased by 7.2% in Feb - Statistics Service

Prices for construction and installation works in Ukraine in February 2026 increased by 7.2% compared to February 2025, the State Statistics Service (Derzhstat) reported.

According to the statistics agency, in February 2026 compared to February 2025, prices increased in all construction segments: in residential construction by 6.7% (by 1.6% compared to the previous month), in non-residential construction by 7.7% (2.1%), and in engineering construction by 7% (1.6%).

In January-February of this year, construction and assembly prices increased by 6.5% compared to the same period last year, including 6.1% in the residential sector, 6.9% in the non-residential sector, and 6.4% in the engineering sector.

As reported, construction and assembly prices increased by 5.8% in 2025 compared to the previous year, by 7.9% in 2024, and by 15.8% in 2023.
