Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko held a meeting with Naftogaz Group CEO Serhiy Koretsky to discuss the current situation on global oil and petroleum product markets.

"We are recording a decline in quotations on major exchanges, which should directly affect fuel prices in Ukraine. The state-owned filling station network Ukrnafta has already responded and begun lowering prices. If current global trends persist, a more significant decrease is expected," Svyrydenko wrote following the meeting.

She added that a similar response is expected from other market participants, emphasizing that the market must respond fairly to changes in price conditions.

"The fuel supply situation remains stable. In March, record volumes of deliveries over the past five years were ensured. A similar trend will continue in April," the prime minister added.
