Ukraine's leading express mail service provider, Nova Poshta, part of the NOVA Group, opened 2,600 new parcel terminals, 36 branches, and 329 parcel pickup and drop-off points in the first quarter of 2026, the company said on Tuesday.

It is noted that the most popular branches of the new format were those in residential complexes: 21 of the 36 branches were opened in these complexes.

Most often, branches appeared during the first quarter in Kyiv and Lviv regions, as well as in the frontline Zaporizhia region.

"During the first quarter, 19 branches changed their locations to make using Nova Poshta services even more convenient," said Hanna Fedchenko, head of Nova Poshta's network development planning department, as quoted in the release.

According to Artur Kudelin, Director of the Nova Poshta Parcel Terminal Department, the company has recently opened a parcel terminal facility with 26 sections and 286 slots.

"We're also adding new stacks to existing parcel terminals where there's demand and technical capability. We've already expanded 445 terminals this way," Kudelin said.

It is noted that the company currently operates 36,700 parcel terminals across the country.

Nova Poshta added that by the end of 2026, it plans to expand its parcel terminal network by 6,000 units and open 300 mini-branches across the country.

In late March, in a comment to Interfax-Ukraine, the company's customer service director, Maksym Melezhyk, announced plans to open approximately 300 branches inside residential complexes in 2026.

Overall, Nova Poshta plans to expand its network of service points from 51,500 to 60,000 in 2026, including 40,000 parcel terminals, Melezhyk shared his plans during the Nova Summit in Kyiv.

The company increased its revenue in 2025 by 21% compared to 2024, reaching more than UAH 54 billion. Its profit amounted to UAH 2.6 billion, compared to UAH 2.5 billion the year before. The number of parcels and cargo delivered increased by 7.4% year-on-year, from 486 million to 522 million, including international deliveries, which increased by 52.6%, from 19 million to 29 million.
