Zelenskyy: At least 13 mln Ukrainians to receive UAH 1,500 in special assistance in April

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced a payment of UAH 1,500 in April of this year to at least 13 million Ukrainians, specifically pensioners and recipients of social assistance.

"We agreed with Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, and Ministers Oleksiy Sobolev and Denys Ulyutin to prepare several support programs for Ukrainians. Specifically, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine is to prepare a special supplemental payment program for April for Ukrainian pensioners and those groups of our society who receive social assistance. At least 13 million Ukrainians will receive this supplement, and its amount will be UAH 1,500," Zelenskyy wrote on Telegram on Thursday.
