Dodson elected new chairman of Ukrnafta's supervisory board, Nightingale moves to Naftogaz
The Supervisory Board of JSC Ukrnafta was headed by Timothy Dodson, who replaced Duncan Nightingale in this position, the company reported.
"Timothy Dodson has headed the supervisory board of Ukrnafta. By government decision, Duncan Nightingale, who was chairman of the supervisory board, joined the team of Naftogaz of Ukraine," Ukrnafta said on Facebook Tuesday.
It noted that Dodson has more than 40 years of international experience in geology and production. He headed and was a board member of several British and Norwegian companies — Ennox Technology, New European Offshore, Sval Energi. From 1985 to 2021, he worked at Equinor (formerly Statoil), rising from wireline logger and wellsite geologist to vice president of company strategy.
