Trade trends between Ukraine, Asia and Middle East

On October 4, 2017 Association “Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce” (hereinafter – ICC Ukraine) jointly with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and JSC Ukreximbank supported by JSC Oschadbank, PJSC Credit Agricole and “Stanley Group” LLC will hold Ukraine Silk Road Trade Finance Executive Forum on trade finance issues on the topic: “TRADE TRENDS BETWEEN UKRAINE, ASIA AND MIDDLE EAST”.

This event is supported by “GSP” LLC, which is a group of companies providing a wide range of marine survey services, “PPL 33-35” LLC, an IT company, which implement technical aspects of the pilot project “Single Window – Local Solution” in Odessa maritime port and Odessa customs clearance offices, and IP and law firm “Pakharenko & Partners”, a leading Ukrainian company in the sphere of intellectual property.

Participants of the Forum: representatives of the Government and the National Bank of Ukraine, state and commercial Ukrainian banks, Asian and Middle East banks; Mr. Fransic Malige, managing director of EBRD for Eastern Europe and the Caucasus; Ms. Kamola Makhmudova, senior banker of EBRD; Mr. Vincent O’Brien, member of ICC Banking Commission and trade finance consultant of EBRD; Dr. Rudolf Putz, Head of EBRD Trade Facilitation Progamme; Mr. Sergiy Kostogryz, Head of ICC Ukraine Banking Commission, Head of Documentary Business Department of Raiffeizen Bank Aval and other representatives of financial institutions and financial experts.

Target audience of the Forum – trade finance experts of banking sector, importers and exporters, MSE, logistic companies, insurance and law firms.

Aim of the Forum is to introduce participants to the foundations of international trade and finance and to the effective use of trade finance tools for expanding international trade.
