3 min read
KEBEF 2015 – two days of inspiring sessions in different formats: discussions and practical seminars, communication with business and government leaders, presentations of the best HR practices, informal communication with colleagues and, most importantly, - creation of new senses during interaction with experts. The fourth Kyiv Employer Branding & Engagement Forum – KEBEF 2015 – will be held on November 26-27, 2015 at creative space DEC Place. The forum unites Ukrainian and foreign experts - leaders and professionals in their fields, experts on employer brand building, marketing, internal and external communications, as well as prominent political and public figures on one platform. For the first time, the Forum will host Jon Ingham – the famous UK HR-consultant, author of the leading HR-blog "Strategic HCM", and specialist in strategic HR. Jon Ingham will open the Forum with the keynote address about the future of talent on the global market. Aviad Friedman – another keynote speaker – a distinguished Israeli businessman and social activist – will speak on the topic "Ukraine: Today or Never," on how to retain and educate talents in Ukraine who are united by the same values. "KEBEF platform evolves every year and in 2015 it will be held under the theme 'Birth of a Nation. Business Dilemmas. Talent Development.' Ukraine is travelling down a difficult path of transformation, and a fresh, strategic approach to bringing up a new generation of leaders can radically change the face of our country within a decade. Speaking about Ukraine's competitiveness, motivation and engagement in turbulent times, and the boom of creative entrepreneurship, we will look at Ukraine in the context of global trends and will give ourselves an honest answer - whether the next generation of Ukrainians will be competitive in the global market of talent, and what we can do to change the situation," Nataliya Popovych, President of PRP agency, KEBEF's organizer. KEBEF 2015 will gather more than 100 business executives, HR-directors, and communication managers who are interested in developing their businesses in the context of strategic approaches "How to engage people in times of change is the main issue that keeps managers and HR-experts up at night, because people are the most sensitive link of the change process, they are its driving force and catalyst, therefore it is extremely important to understand how to work with people in a period of transformation. With the absurdity that surrounds us, it is very important to change the paradigm of how people think, to find new senses, remove the blinders and develop flexible thinking. We will start doing it right there at KEBEF, and we will start with ourselves," Oksana Semenyuk, HR Business Lead Mondelēz International, Ukraine, Russia and Eurasia. Organizer of KEBEF 2015 – PRP in Ukraine, co-organizers – Mondelēz Ukraine and Western NIS Enterprise Fund. Partners – rabota.ua and EY, education partner – KSE, intellectual partner – Cultural Project, civic platform Nova Kraina – partner of "World Café" session. Information partners – ACC, KMBS, LvBS, Platfor.ma, Ideas First.
