Integrites increases the number of partners and counsels

On June 16th Integrites’ Board of Partners decided to appoint Denys Kytsenko as partner of the firm, Andrey Usenko as counsel.

Denys Kytsenko, previously, counsel at Integrites, became partner of the firm, having worked for Integrites since 2012. He is in charge of the Litigation practice since September 2013. Denys' key clients are ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih, Bosnalijek d.o.o., The Coca-Cola Company, EastOne Group, GlobalMoney, IATA, Next Retail, Palma Group, Philip Morris, Rockwool International A.S., Shell, VTB Bank, "Privat" group, International Confectionery Corporation ROSHEN, "Russian aluminum"("Rusal"), Farmak.

Under the leadership of Denys Kytsenko, team of Integrites’ lawyers lead the biggest bankruptcy case of 2014 in Ukraine, VTB Bank - Westa Holding, worth 320 million US dollars. Among his others achievements – return of property to Privat industry group with a value of 450 million US dollars, recovery of assets for Ukrainian subsidiaries Generali PPF Holding BV, totaling about 50 million US dollars; implementation of WFOs in Ukraine, issued by the High Court of England and Wales, in support of arbitration proceedings in the London Court of International Arbitration, with a matter value of 80 million US dollars and representing ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih in tax disputes with a value over 1 billion dollars.

Denys Kytsenko studied law at Harvard Law School, and graduated from Institute of International Relations Shevchenko KNU with a degree of Candidate of Juridical Sciences. He protects his clients’ interests before the courts of Ukraine and Russian Federation.

Andrey Usenko joined the team of Integrites in October 2014 as a Head of Risk Management department. Since June 2015, he is in charge of Asset Tracing practice as a counsel. Among the key customers of Andrey are VTB Bank, Prominvest Bank, Mirta Group, AgroInvest, MegaTrade Group, Top Service, Dolce Pharm, Olam International, Palma Group, KUKE, Air Liquide, Kuehne & Nagel.

Andrey Usenko graduated from Institute of International Relations Shevchenko KNU and the Kyiv National Economic University (KNEU), and up to date has more than eight-years of experience in the financial sector.

The new appointments, as noted in Integrites, are a logical step in the professional development of employees and an example of the growth dynamics of the company.
