KEBEF 2014 for the third time will bring together on one platform Ukrainian and foreign experts – top managers and leaders in their fields, experts in human resources management, marketing, communications, and representatives of education institutions and public authorities, in the center of Kyiv – Museum “Spiritual Treasures of Ukraine” on November 27-28th, 2014. Kyiv Employer Branding & Engagement Forum 2014 – is a unique event for Ukrainian market, created for effective dialogue on topics of branding, reputation and communications of the employer at the level from the state to business, and for discussing efficient tools of employees’ attraction. "The events that take place throughout the year force us to learn to think differently, wider than a simple search for tactical steps to resolve any situation. Now it is very important to understand what we have to learn today and what we have to do to achieve higher results and become better in the future. The program of KEBEF 2014 will actually become a reflection of those events, challenges and questions facing the business and each individual", - said Maxym Nemesh, Head of Employer ID of PRP, the organizer of the forum. "We all should learn to look on the situation in the country as on opportunity. Opportunity to work more efficiently, perhaps even in a new quality or direction for yourself, making even more while maintaining or creating a comfort zone for the biggest value for the business, and for the country - people. The task of every company today is to protect from outside threats and challenges, without limiting freedom, to motivate and “to drive” good results and self- development. Investment in people and emotions returns in business handsomely, especially in time of difficulties", - said Oksana Semenyuk, HR Director UA and New Markets, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, HR Business Lead, Sales, EEMEA Mondelēz International/ Kraft Foods. Traditionally combining different formats - practical cases and strategies, experience and innovation, the traditional and creative approach - KEBEF 2014 is to seek answers to the key questions and challenges. During fundamental changes of the whole country and each of us, KEBEF 2014 is called to find new solutions, approaches and tools. What has really changed events on Maidan for business? What has changed in employees’ perception of familiar things and whether it changed at all? How to motivate employees in a time of difficult changes? Should the corporate culture reflect the changes in the outlook of employees? Will the government reforms open up new opportunities in talent management? This year the answers to these and several other questions will be delivered by discussions and speeches of Neil Harrison (TMP Worldwide), Dave Morris (Weber Shandwick), Serhiy Kvit (Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine), Dmytro Shymkiv (Deputy Head of Presidential Administration of Ukraine, former Managing Director of Microsoft Ukraine), Volodymyr Lavrenchuk (Raiffeisen Bank Aval), Oksana Semenyuk (Mondelēz International), Mykhailo Shuranov (Kyivstar), Natalia Yanovych (Avon), Natalia Yaresko (Horizon Capital), Olesya Zhulynska (Coca-Cola), Ilya Koenigstein (Hybrid Capital) and others.
