Britain's MoneyMailMe Ltd. seeks to open Modex Lab in Kyiv in 2018

KYIV. Sept 19 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Britain's MoneyMailMe Ltd. seeks to open Modex Lab, the business incubator and techno hub, in Kyiv in 2018, the founder and CEO of MoneyMailMe Ltd. Mihai Ivascu has said.

"One of the key aspects of the company's development is the creation of Modex Lab in different countries, and Ukraine is one of the key locations. We plan to open Modex Lab in Kyiv next year," Ivascu told reporters in Kyiv on Tuesday.

Ivascu said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine on Tuesday that there are plans to issue a card with cryptocurrencies.

"A card with cryptocurrencies will be issued in Q2 2018, and the application will be available in Ukraine too," he said.

The MoneyMailMe application is an interactive chat with a possibility of sending and receiving available e-money from mobile phone. The platform is functioning in the United States, Canada, the European Union, Latin American countries and Africa. The service allows sending money in six currencies: U.S. dollars, euros, British pounds, Swiss francs, Polish zloty and South African rands. Soon the money transfer service will be in cryptocurrency.
