Kyiv, September 12 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Co-founder of Lira-2000 LLC Olha Solonevych has asked the leadership of the Ukrainian representative office of the World Bank not to rent premises in the company's office building at 1 Dniprovsky Descent in Kyiv.

She voiced the request at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine.

According to Solonevych, by paying rent to Lira-2000 LLC, in which she was illegally deprived of a 25% stake, the structures of the World Bank are providing financial support to raiders.

"I urge you not to support raiding, and to rent offices from honest companies," she said.

In addition, Solonevych noted the launch of the Web site "Business against Raiders."

As reported, Lira-2000 LLC was founded in 2000 by ex-chief architect of Kyiv Serhiy Babushkin (25.7%), his ex-wife Olha Solonevych (24.3%) and Russian citizen Igor Bobnev (50%).

The company, using the funds of its members, built an office building with total area of 8,800 square meters, and purchased a parking lot with a total area of 4.4 square meters at 1 Dniprovsky Descent.

Solonevych in 2009 was excluded from Lira-2000 on the basis of his non-participation in the meetings of the board, about which, according to Solonevych, she was not notified.

According to Solonevych, Igor Bobnev in 2010, by forging Babushkin's signature, decided to increase the company's charter capital, thus "eroding" the stake of Babushkin.

Neither Solonevych nor Babushkin receive dividends from the company's activities, they also have no access to the building and the business.
