Rada recognizes Russian presidential elections in Crimea as illegitimate - statement
The Verkhovna Rada has recognized the organization of voting in the framework of the elections of the president of the Russian Federation in the Russia-occupied Crimea as unlawful and does not recognize the legitimacy of these elections.
The relevant draft resolution (8168-1) was supported by 255 lawmakers at the plenary session on Thursday, according an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent.
