The Ukroboronprom State Concern will soon face staff reshuffling and optimization of the management staff, the newly appointed Director General of the concern, Pavlo Bukin, has said.

"There will be changes in the management staff, the optimization and reduction of the management staff. I want the enterprise to feel the "added value" from the management bodies," he told journalists in Kyiv on Thursday.

Bukin confirmed that he plans personnel reshuffling: "Personnel changes will be unequivocal," he said, noting that he "is not ready to say any names."

Answering the question about the economic situation at Ukroboronprom, the head of the state concern said: "The economic situation has improved, which is proved in the available statistics. The average salary at the enterprises has increased, but there is room for development."

At the same time, he said that to date, the main income of Ukroboronprom is the export of defense products and services: "Some 10-15%, in general figures, is public defense procurement, 85% - export supplies," he said.
