Germany is ready to help rebuild Donbas, but a ceasefire is needed to do so, German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel has said.

"Foreign Minister Gabriel: We must not forget how much the people in the Donbas region are suffering. We want to help rebuild the region, but we need a ceasefire to do so," reads a report posted on the Twitter page of the German Federal Foreign Office on Thursday.
