U.S. Ambassador underlines importance of completing reforms initiated in Ukraine
U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch emphasizes that the Ukrainian authorities need to complete the reforms that they started.
"If Ukrainians see the prospect of a strong, prosperous Ukraine, it is necessary to complete the implementation of reforms that began in 2014," she said, speaking at the All-Ukrainian Civil Society Assembly "SMARTreforms" in Kyiv on Friday.
The American diplomat also appealed to the leaders of civil society with an appeal to continue work in the sphere of reforms.
"You are the future of Ukraine, and you must continue to be an example for new generations," Yovanovitch said.
