NACP submits to court 55 administrative offence reports on e-declarations, including against minister, MPs and judges

As of November 24, the National Agency for the Corruption Prevention (NACP) submitted 55 reports on administrative offenses for bringing in inaccurate information and untimely submission of e-declarations for 2015 and 2016 without valid reasons.

Some 16 protocols out of this number have been submitted for the last two months, the press service of the NACP reported on Wednesday.

Thus, protocols were sent to the court regarding the minister and three deputy ministers, four protocols against three parliamentarians, three employees of prosecutor's office and two judges who violated article 172-6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine.

At a regular meeting on November 24, the NACP decided to forward to the court five protocols on administrative violations under Part 1 of Article 172-6 and Part 1 of Article 172-7 of the Administrative Code.
