President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko calls the constant presence of observers of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) a prerequisite for the disengagement of forces and equipment in the area of Stanytsia Luhanska.

"The presence of the OSCE is one of the prerequisites for the completion of the disengagement of forces and equipment in Stanytsia Luhanska. We must ensure a sustainable ceasefire," Poroshenko said in Severodonetsk, Luhansk region, on Tuesday.
