Court partly extends pretrial restriction for Ex-MP Martynenko until Oct 17

Solomiansky District Court of Kyiv has partially satisfied the motion for the extension of the pretrial restriction to former Ukrainian MP Mykola Martynenko until October 17 of this year.

According to the decision voiced by the judge at a meeting on Thursday, the measure of restraint remains in the form of bail in respect to Martynenko, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.

According to the court's decision, the ex-parliamentarian must come to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) at the first request, notify about the change of the place of residence, and also pass the foreign passport.

At the same time, the SAPO prosecutor Andriy Perov told journalists that now Martynenko may leave the territory of Kyiv and the Kyiv region, which was forbidden to him by the previous preventive measure.
