On Sunday, militants shelled the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces 25 times, as a result of which two Ukrainian servicemen were wounded, the press center of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) headquarters reported.

"All in all, over the past 24 hours illegal armed formations violated the truce 25 times. Two Ukrainian fighters were wounded," the ATO headquarters reported on its Facebook page on Monday morning.

In the Donetsk sector, in the area of Avdiyivka industrial zone from 18.00 until midnight militants practically uninterruptedly shelled Ukrainian strongholds from mortars of various calibers, grenade launchers, small arms. As a result of one of these attacks, one Ukrainian serviceman was wounded.

In the Luhansk sector, in the evening and at night militants shelled the Ukrainian positions in the area of Krymske five times using 120-mm mortars and grenade launchers of various systems.

In the Mariupol sector, militants opened fire near the villages of Vodiane and Shyrokyne. In addition, they used mortars, grenade launchers and heavy machine guns to fire at homes of Maryinka residents. Luckily, no civilians were hurt.

"In response to almost every shelling of the enemy, the ATO forces covered militants with dense fire," the headquarters said.
